Fusilli or macaroni,cheese of your choice I used mozzarella and feta, milk, butter,flour, broccoli, salt and pepper.
In a pan make a basic cheese sauce with the milk, butter and flour. Add in mozzarella and feta and stir in until melted, I love using feta as it’s already salty so I add less seasoning to the dish. Chop half a broccoli and add to the sauce, whilst the sauce simmers add pasta to boiling salted water, cook pasta until it is just about done.
Add all ingredients together in a dish and add left over chicken to the top and feta, place in the oven at 180c for 35-40 minutes
Delicious hearty and so easy this is a great dish for a lazy Sunday, serves 4-6 and I enjoy it cold the next day for lunch 🙂
