These easy tuna wraps are a prefer to easy lunch and so quick to make with no cooking !
Take tinned tuna and mix it with white beans, chilli powder, tomato, sweetcorn, onion, salt, pepper and one tbsp of tomato purée.
Take large outer lettuce leaves and wash. Place on the plates and add the tuna filling.
Chop a green pepper and add to the wraps. Slice two wedges of lemon to squeeze over the wraps. Use lime if you prefer.
So easy and from one tin of tuna I had another lunch left over !
