Easy peasy lemon squeezy πŸ‹

 

These easy tuna wraps are a prefer to easy lunch and so quick to make with no cooking !

Take tinned tuna and mix it with white beans, chilli powder, tomato, sweetcorn, onion, salt, pepper and one tbsp of tomato purΓ©e.
Take large outer lettuce leaves and wash. Place on the plates and add the tuna filling.
Chop a green pepper and add to the wraps. Slice two wedges of lemon to squeeze over the wraps. Use lime if you prefer.

So easy and from one tin of tuna I had another lunch left over !
