Low cal lasagna anyone ?

But you can’t eat pasta on a diet….. yes you can, yes you should. You can eat anything you want on a healthy balanced diet !


My easy and indulgent lasagne is so good, with only three layers in a large dish/tray.  It’s lower in calories but still has that delicious lasagne taste. Serve with a fresh side salad and low cal potato salad. Perfect for a summers day and easy to reheat.

In a non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add beef mince, red pepper, onion and garlic and fry for about five minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, passata, lee and Perrins, dried herbs, season and cook stirring often.

Mix together 50g low fat yogurt, and 150g low fat cheese spread. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Spoon the mince into the base and top with lasagne sheets. Spread over the yogurt mixture. Add thin layers of cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 20- 30 minutes enjoy 😗
